If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will only be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and postage charges. To return an item, please contact email@example.com
we will then send you our returns form.
We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email firstname.lastname@example.org
within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
If you purchased a Kaloskagathos.xxi piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer's applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
